Nithiin is gearing up for back-to-back releases, and his upcoming film Thammudu has locked its theatrical release date. The much-anticipated film will hit the big screens on Friday, May 9, 2025.

Directed by Venu Sriram, who is known for his work in MCA and Vakeel Saab, Thammudu is produced by Dil Raju under the prestigious Sri Venkateswara Creations banner. The film has been generating buzz ever since its announcement, especially because it shares its title with the 1999 Pawan Kalyan cult classic.

Adding to the excitement, former heroine Laya will be seen in a crucial role, marking her return to the big screen. The film also features Varsha Bollamma as the female lead. Music for this action-packed drama is composed by Ajaneesh Loknath, the talented composer behind Kantara.
